Yolande Malan

Yolande obtained her LLB degree at the North West University (Potchefstroom Campus) in 2009. She relocated to Cape Town after completing her articles in Rustenburg during 2011 and joined Frank Biccari Attorneys in early 2012.

Yolande was admitted as an attorney in 2012, as a conveyancer in 2013 and as a notary in 2014. She has also been registered as an accredited FAMAC mediator since 2015.

Yolande specializes in the following areas of law:

1. Property and conveyancing matters (including agreements of sale, transfers of property, company registrations, shelf companies, lease agreements, notarial bonds and all other aspects of property and commercial transactions);

2. Matrimonial, family and children’s matters (including marriage contracts, divorces,maintenance, domestic violence and children’s rights); and

3. Mediation (family law mediation including, settlement and parenting agreements).

Yolande is passionate about hiking, trail running and photography.
